The terms "We", "Us", or "Betwarriors" refer to Betwarriors.com (or Betwarriors OÜ). Betwarriors.com may amend or modify these terms and conditions without notice, effective immediately, by updating this posting

1. Services

Betwarriors primary function is to provide betting recommendations, so-called "picks". The user can publish its own analysis of available betting objects on the market and can also take part of picks published by other users on Betwarriors. In addition to pick registration and related statistics, we also offer community functions as user forums and guest book features.

2. General Restrictions

You may not use Betwarriors for illegal activities or for the distribution of materials that are illegal or that can be seen as offensive, such as the incitement of hatred, harassment, bullying, chain letters or infringement of copyrighted material.

Deletion of the account can be made for breach of the Terms and Conditions. If the member in question uses any of our payment services, there is no right to recover any outstanding amount of those payments.

Linking to sites containing illegal content is considered to be illegal. Users who make such a link are directly responsible for this offence.

You may not use Betwarriors as distribution channel or source for commercial messages, junk mail, spam, or chain letters

You may not use, copy or disclose user account information to third parties

You can not link to pornographic, racist or other manifestly inappropriate sites.

Any attempts to hack or sabotage Betwarriors.com will result in a report sent to local authorities and ISP´s.

Abuse of Betwarrior´s services and functions is strictly prohibited, such as spamming guest books and forums.

You may not systematically disseminate political or religious propaganda.

Your password is your key to Betwarriors and you are responsible for your password will remain your private secret.

Your account is personal, and you may only hold 1 account with Betwarriors.com

You must be 18 years old for using Betwarriors

The user is solely responsible to declare any earnings from Betwarriors monthly and annual pot competitions to local tax authorities

3. Privacy policy

• We care about your privacy. We always give priority to the protection of all the information you entrust us and of course the laws and rules that exist.
• Your e-mail address will never be sent or sold to a third party
• We require only that you provide your e-mail address and select a user alias during the registration process, but in the event of any payment of monthly & annual pots, we require that you provide us with complete name and full address.
• Upon acceptance of these terms and conditions, you will allow us to distribute newsletters to the email address entered during registration.
