How does the money back guarantee work ?

• It´s quite simple, if we don´t generate a monthly profit (measured in units), we refund the fee you paid + 20% = 120% money back guarantee.
• The money back guarantee is not valid for 1 day subscriptions (only 1 month and above).
• The guarantee refund period is per calender month (First day of month 00:00 until last day of month 23:59).
• It does not matter when you purchased the portfolio, at the beginning or at the end of the month is from the guarantee refund standpoint the same thing. Example 1: If you purchase a 1 month subscription to a portfolio on January 15th, you will be eligible for a refund in January only, not January & February. Example 2: If you purchase a 3 month subscription on January 15th, you will be eligible for a refund in January, February and March
• Practical examples, Example 1: If you purchased a monthly subscription for the Premium portfolio at the price of 29Euro, the refund will be 29 x 120% = 34.80 Euro Example 2: If you purchased a 3 month subscription for the Premium portfolio at the price of 79 Euro, the refund will be 79/3 x 120% = 31.6 Euro (eligible for up to 3 monthly refunds)
• The monthly profit counter display for the Premium portfolio can be found on the front page.
• The refund will be credited to your Betwarriors account and can be used to purchase products in the webshop or to be further paid out to your Moneybookers or Paypal account, see information further down.




Payouts from your Betwarriors account

• You can request a payout once per calender month, just send us an email to payments@betwarriors.com.
• You can receive payouts in either your Paypal or Moneybookers account, we will credit back to the same account you purchased from.
• Due to the substantial fees the mobile operators charges for handling premium SMS, we are forced to deduct 30% of the total amount before payout if you purchased credits with SMS(currently only available to Swedish users)




What are units in Sportsbetting ?

It´s a way to indicate how certain a tipster is with his gambling advices (picks), 1-3 units are considered as a weak bet, 4-6 units medium bet and 7-10 a strong bet. Gamblers have different financial situations and has also different tolerance to risk, so in terms of money, a 1 unit might mean 1 Euro bet to one gambler, but 1000 Euro to another.



What are slashed odds in Sportsbetting ?

The bookmaker's actual role is to adjust the odds in his favor or by having a point spread to ensure a "balanced book", either by getting an equal number of bets for each outcome, or by getting the amounts wagered on each outcome to reflect the odds. As money is taken on one outcome, this will tend to lower the price (i.e. payout) of that outcome and increase the price of the others.

Thus the bookmaker is constantly trying to keep the book in balance, accounting for his profit margin (the "vig" or vigorish). The bookmaker "slashes" (shortens) the odds, that is, offers a smaller payout, as proportionately more bets are taken for that outcome; and "lengthens" them, that is offers a larger payout, on the others.

When a good tipster publishes a pick/advice, the customers will start betting on the odds, which after a while will be slashed by the bookie, so using our SMS and email notifications will give you better prerequisites to avoid slashed odds.

Some leagues don´t have a natural home country, for example Champions League football, ATP Tennis and F1, these leagues can be found if you select International as country. If you still can´t find your league, then select missing a league ? and create the new league directly.



I´m about to place a pick and can’t find my team

If you have selected the correct league and still can’t find your team/s, it’s most likely because we haven’t populated that league, or that change in the league structure hasn’t been updated for the current season yet, then select the _Search or add a team manually, to search or create a new team directly.



What language should I use when placing a pick?

Always write in English when placing a pick or posting in the forum, this is a global tipster site and we would like everyone to be able to take part of your analysis. It is OK to first write the text in your native language, then in English, just make sure to always have the English text on top in the pick.



I posted a new pick and something went wrong, how do I change?

Use the reporting link found on the new pick/bet page, then also and post a correction note in the comment section below the pick, so that the users can see what’s incorrect.
